Sebastian Hensiek

Sebastian is an American training and enablement specialist based in Hannover, Germany. He spent over six years at Semrush, one of the world's leading SaaS marketing platforms, where he designed onboarding programs, facilitated workshops for global, cross-functional teams, trained 100+ stakeholders, and built the knowledge bases that kept hundreds of colleagues up to speed.

As a native English speaker with a marketing degree, a Google Project Management certification, and years of experience explaining complex tools to non-technical audiences, his approach is practical, honest, and built around one goal: making people genuinely confident in what they do, whether that's running a project, mastering a platform, or leading a meeting in English.

Sebastian works with companies and individuals across Germany, the UK, Europe, and North America, whether in person or online.
